Victoria Foubert brings a dynamic international profile to the firm as Managing Partner, with extensive experience in audit, financial analysis, and business process improvement across Switzerland, the UAE, Belgium, and Luxembourg. A graduate of the University of Namur with a Master’s in Economics and Management, she has held senior audit roles at leading global firms, managing teams and client portfolios in sectors including industrial manufacturing, real estate, technology, logistics, and investment funds. Her expertise spans IFRS, PCAOB, BeGaap, and LuxGaap standards, and she has also contributed to digital transformation efforts in audit practices, including the integration of data analytics and audit automation tools.
Multilingual and analytically sharp, Victoria is known for her precision, client-centric mindset, and ability to bridge the gap between financial complexity and actionable insights. Her background also includes experience as a business analyst in the energy sector and leadership of a university consulting group, combining financial rigor with entrepreneurial spirit. As Managing Partner, she leads engagements across audit, transaction support, and financial advisory, ensuring excellence in delivery and innovation in client service. Fluent in French and English, and based in Switzerland, she brings both local insight and global best practices to every project.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA–UK) with an MSc in Strategic Business Management from the UK, our Chairman brings over three decades of leadership experience across the public and private sectors. Widely recognized as a financial strategist and project management expert, he has led complex, multi-billion-dollar infrastructure and energy projects, including LNG supply chains, gas pipelines, and large-scale public-private partnerships (PPPs). His expertise lies in navigating high-stakes financial negotiations, structuring international agreements, and delivering sustainable value across industries such as energy, urban infrastructure, healthcare, and industrial development.
Known for his ability to drive strategy, mitigate risk, and lead transformation, he has held top executive positions in both government and private enterprises, consistently managing high-impact portfolios and advisory roles across Europe, the Middle East, and South Asia. He combines strong boardroom leadership with hands-on project execution, and has been a trusted advisor on energy policy, cross-border trade, and infrastructure financing. As Chairman of the consulting firm, he continues to guide clients through financial restructuring, strategic growth initiatives, and large-scale engineering and investment ventures with a steady focus on long-term impact and sustainable development.
